Where are your homes?
Hurricane Oasis is in Hurricane, Utah, about 40 minutes from the south entrance of Zion National Park and 15 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park. Retro Retreat and Roomy & Stylish Haven are in South Jordan, in the Salt Lake Valley, 25 to 30 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport.
What is the largest group you can host?
Up to 22 guests with our South Jordan Retreat bundle: Retro Retreat and Roomy & Stylish Haven in one booking, about half a mile apart. The largest single home, Roomy & Stylish Haven, sleeps 12. In Hurricane, Angell Heights (10) and Hurricane Oasis (6) sleep 16 together.
Is it cheaper to book here than on Airbnb?
Yes. Booking here costs 5% less than the same dates on our Airbnb listings, including cleaning and fees. You see the full price, taxes included, before you pay.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Booking and payment run through OwnerRez, the reservation system we use for our homes. You sign the rental agreement and pay on its secure checkout page.
Do you allow pets?
No. Our homes are pet-free. Service animals are welcome.
Can we hold a party, reception or event?
No. The homes are for overnight stays only. Families and groups are welcome, but events, parties and receptions are not allowed.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM at all our homes. Each has self check-in.
Can we stay for a month or longer?
Yes. Our homes allow stays of 28 nights or more. In Utah, stays of 30 consecutive nights or more are exempt from sales and lodging tax.
What taxes are added?
Utah sales tax and state and local transient room taxes apply to stays under 30 nights. They are shown at checkout before you pay.
Is there a security deposit?
Some stays include a refundable security deposit hold or damage protection. Any amount is shown at checkout and in your rental agreement.
Do the homes have stairs?
Yes. Hurricane Oasis has a loft bedroom, Retro Retreat has a downstairs family room, and Roomy & Stylish Haven has four bedrooms upstairs.
Do you have a crib?
Roomy & Stylish Haven has a travel crib. Ask about the other homes when you book.

Hurricane Oasis
How many people does Hurricane Oasis sleep?
Up to 6: a queen bed on the main floor, a queen in the loft, and two twin ottoman sofa beds in the living room that we make up on request.
Is there a full kitchen?
It has a kitchenette with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and blender, plus a barbecue outside.
How big is the pool?
The pool is 20 by 40 feet, with a hot tub, a fire pit and a covered pergola beside it.
Angell Heights
How many people does Angell Heights sleep?
Up to 10: a king bed in the primary suite, a queen in each of two bedrooms, and two sets of twin bunk beds in the bunk room.
Is the pool private?
The 20×40-foot pool, hot tub and pergola are shared with Hurricane Oasis, the A-frame cottage on the same property. Book both homes, for up to 16 guests, and they are yours alone.
Is it all on one level?
Yes. Angell Heights is a single-level home, with garage parking for three cars.
Retro Retreat
How many people does Retro Retreat sleep?
Up to 10, in five bedrooms with a queen bed each. A pull-out twin ottoman in the family room can be made up for an added fee.
Is it good for a longer stay?
Yes. It has a workspace, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer, and stays of 28 nights or more are allowed. In Utah, stays of 30 nights or more are exempt from sales and lodging tax.
How far is the airport?
Salt Lake City International Airport is 25 to 30 minutes away, and downtown Salt Lake City about 25.
Roomy & Stylish Haven
How many people does Roomy & Stylish Haven sleep?
Up to 12: a king and three queens in the main house, a queen in the guesthouse bedroom, and a queen sofa bed in the guesthouse living room.
Is the guesthouse included?
Yes. The whole property is yours, including the guesthouse with its own entrance, kitchen and living room.
Is the hot tub private?
Yes. It is for your group only.
