Is it cheaper to book direct?
Yes. Booking here costs 5% less than the same dates on our Airbnb listings, including cleaning and fees. You see the full price, taxes included, before you pay.
How does the returning-guest discount work?
After a direct stay, Mary sends you a returning-guest code. Enter it at checkout for an extra 5% off your next stay at any of our homes.
Is it the same home and the same hosts?
Yes. Same homes, same cleaning, same hosts. Only the booking system is different.
Who handles my payment?
OwnerRez, the reservation system we use for our homes. You sign the rental agreement and pay on its secure checkout page; we never see your full card number.
What if I need to cancel?
The cancellation terms for your dates are shown before you pay and are written into your rental agreement.
