Angell Heights is a newly built, single-level four-bedroom home on the hillside above Hurricane, with no neighbors behind it. The kitchen has a long island with bar seating, and the back patio opens onto a fenced 20×40-foot pool, a hot tub and a covered pergola against the red rock.
Four bedrooms sleep 10: a king primary suite with its own bathroom and soaking tub, two queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks for the kids.
The living room, dining table and kitchen share one open space, so whoever is cooking is still part of the conversation. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and an ice maker.
Out back, a fire table and lounge seating sit on the covered patio, with a grill and sun loungers by the pool. Everything is on one level, and there is garage parking for three cars.
Angell Heights is for stays of 30 nights or more: snowbird winters, a work assignment, or a family between homes. It shares its property with Hurricane Oasis, our A-frame cottage; book both and your group of up to 16 has the pool, hot tub and pergola to yourselves.
Good for: Monthly stays: snowbirds, traveling professionals and families relocating to southern Utah who want a full kitchen and everything on one floor.

How many people does Angell Heights sleep?

Is the pool private?
The 20×40-foot pool, hot tub and pergola are shared with Hurricane Oasis, the A-frame cottage on the same property. Book both homes, for up to 16 guests, and they are yours alone.
Is it all on one level?
Yes. Angell Heights is a single-level home, with garage parking for three cars.
What does a month at Angell Heights cost?
$6,000 for 30 nights, plus a $250 cleaning fee and a $79 damage-protection fee. Longer stays are priced at the same nightly rate. Utah does not charge sales or lodging tax on stays of 30 nights or more.
What is the minimum stay?

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Check-in is self-serve with a lockbox.
