What is the minimum stay?

What does the total include?
The nightly price for both homes, a $419 cleaning fee, a $121 damage-protection fee, and Hurricane lodging and sales taxes. Pool heating is optional.
Is the pool heated?
Pool heating is an optional $500 add-on per stay and warms the pool to 85°F, worth it from October to May. The hot tub heats to 102°F every evening from 6 to 10 PM.
Can we hold a reception or party?
No. Events and parties are not allowed. Family meals and time together by the pool are what the property is for.
