Booking and payment

Bookings, payments and rental agreements are handled through OwnerRez, our reservation system. You see the full price, including cleaning and taxes, before you pay. We never see your full card number.

Rental agreement

Every direct booking includes a rental agreement you sign online before your stay. It lists the house rules, occupancy limit and cancellation terms for your dates.

Deposits and damage

Some stays include a refundable security deposit hold or damage protection. Any amount is shown before you pay and released after checkout when there is no damage.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on your dates and are shown before you pay and in your rental agreement.

Taxes

Utah sales tax and state and local transient room taxes apply to stays under 30 nights and are included in the total at checkout. Stays of 30 consecutive nights or more are exempt.

House rules

No smoking, no pets and no events or parties. Service animals are welcome. Each home has a maximum number of guests, listed below.
